Shipping policy
DELIVERY TO THE REGION OF MALTA.
Our delivery rates are kept as reasonable as possible and these are determined by the courier company. We do not make any profit from them, in fact when we provide free delivery, it means we are paying for the cost ourselves.
We offer free delivery to Malta on orders of €50.00 or more. Delivery is carried out by courier or one of our representatives. You can also pick up your order from our shop during opening hours. We also provide Easipik service from your local Maltapost office at €4.95. You can choose this option at checkout. Deliveries for mainland Malta of less than €50 are charged at €4.25. Deliveries for Gozo of less than €50.00 are charged at €5.50 per delivery, please choose the Gozo Standard delivery option when making orders of less than €50 to be delivered to Gozo. To schedule an order for delivery at your convenience you can now place your order from the Wolt app. We cannot entertain requests for scheduled/timed deliveries for any order placed directly from www.vanillamummy.com. All orders are confirmed by email as soon as they are packed. Your email will include all your order details and a tracking number so you will always know where your order is.
When delivery is carried out by one of our representatives or courier, please make sure someone is at home to receive the order. If we receive instructions, either written or verbally, to leave your order at your doorstep we will deliver the order as instructed and the order will be taken as delivered and received by yourself and no claims will be accepted for missing items, stolen orders, or not found at the residence address you provided during your order. If no one is at home our courier will leave a note with instructions how to pick up your order from your local post office. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ITEM FOR DAMAGES WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. NO CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 24 HOURS HAVE ELAPSED FROM WHEN THE ORDER WAS DELIVERED. Please refer to our 'Warranty and Return policy'.
No deliveries are carried out on a Public Holiday, and when we are on shutdown. Please make sure that someone is at the address provided so that your item arrives in time.

We ship orders only to European Union countries. Please check the drop down list to see if your country is listed. Your order will be packed and ready within 48 hours from when we receive the payment for your order. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ITEM FOR DAMAGES WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. NO CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 24 HOURS HAVE ELAPSED FROM WHEN THE ORDER WAS MARKED AS RECEIVED BY YOU.
RETURNS
To return your product, you should return or mail your product to Vanilla Mummy, 90, Triq Parades, St. Paul's Bay SPB 3433, Malta.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please make sure you return the item by registered mail and inform us with a tracking number. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Even though your order was eligible for free shipping, we still would have paid for shipping to deliver it to you when you placed your order. Please make sure the item arrives at us. We are not responsible for items lost in the post or otherwise during delivery back to us.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
