Easy Meatballs

The meatball saga...
My daughter's love-hate relationship with meatballs means that I serve them to her, and sometimes it's "Mmmm Ma how good, your are the best mum ever!!!"
And sometimes it's "I don't like the texture/ they are too soft/hard/small/large" etc ...
But the trick is to keep offering them. I use meatballs in packed lunches, in the plate with veg and potatoes, on top of spaghetti and I've even halved then and put them in little buns to make mini burgers.
INGREDIENTS
500g minced beef
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1 onion chopped or 2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp herbs and spices
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup grated Parmesan

METHOD
Heat oven to 200degC
Mix all ingredients together leaving the egg for the last
(You may put in food processor to make them fine)
Shape into balls of desired size
Place on a non stick baking tray and cook for 15-20 minutes or until brown
