I could eat oats for breakfast any day! Sometimes I prepare them warm in the morning. But overnight oats are a great time saver since you can prepare 3 (or more) days at a time in one go. Perfect for busy mornings or when you need to take the breakfast with you on the go.
You will need:
1/3 cup oats
1/3 cup plant milk
1 heaped tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder or cashew butter
Handful of blueberries
Stir everything together until will mixed. Store in fridge overnight. If it's too thick, top with some more milk in the morning
