Ingredients
Makes about 15-18
1cup rolled oats
2-3 beetroots
1can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 cup parsley
Method
Mix all ingredients in a blender. Form into patties. You may need to dust your hands with flour of mixture is sticky. Shallow fry in some olive oil
