INGREDIENTS
(makes 2 breakfast glasses or one big smoothie to snack on throughout the morning)
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 packed cup of spinach leaves
- 1 tbsp nut butter (eg peanut or cashew)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ice cubes / water added depending on consistency
METHOD
Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
