Chocolate-Orange energy balls

INGREDIENTS

  • 100g pecan nuts
  • 100g dates, no pit
  • 50g pumpkin seeds
  • 50g oats
  • 2-3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2-3 tbsp peanut butter
  • zest and juice of 1 orange (or more juice if mixture seems dry)

METHOD

Put ingredients one by one as listed above into a food processor. Blend after each addition. Roll mixture into balls of desired size. I kept them refrigerated to prevent them getting sticky.
